"The Old Store"
The
"Old Store" has come a long way in 15 years. Well actually, even
though we technically had a "storefront", we were all about the
production facility. So maybe we should have named our company the Ravioli
Factory, but...we thought the name carried with it a homemade feel. And to
this day we are still the Ravioli Store. Our new factory in Long Island City
is awesome. We've retained the homey feel while expanding our capabilities. We still
make our pasta, fillings and sauces fresh daily, while we can also look to
the future with new products, flavors and creations. Our staff is also able
to experiment with ingredients to discover new and innovative combinations
such as wild mushrooms with white truffles and aged goat cheese with herbs in
black peppercorn pasta. By using
only the freshest ingredients and producing the products in-house, The
Ravioli Store continues to deliver the most delicious pastas loved by
discriminating consumers and professionals for more than 15 years. home
