In February of 1989, The Ravioli Store opened with one goal in mind; to provide the New York area with the best ravioli possible. Over the years, The Ravioli Store has consistently grown supplying both retail and wholesale customers in the tri-state area with artisinally produced pasta products. In 1991 we moved to a larger production facility on Sullivan Street. With expanded capacity and enhanced production methods we were able to stay true to our founding principles while adding new products.

Just five short years ago we relocated our production facility to Long Island City. But with our growth remaining constant we outgrew that space in just a few short years. This past September we moved into our amazing new 10,000sf home (still in LIC)!! While we remain committed to our founding principles, we have made room to add more new products and the capabilities to keep up with production for years to come.

We are dedicated to creating the finest products possible. We are currently in development on several new (NON PASTA) product lines. Whatever we do, you can be assured that only the best all natural ingredients will be used.
