In February
of 1989, The Ravioli Store opened with one goal in mind; to provide the
New York area with
the best ravioli possible.
Over the
years, The Ravioli Store has consistently grown supplying both retail
and wholesale customers in the tri-state area with artisinally produced pasta
products.
In 1991 we
moved to a larger production facility on Sullivan
Street. With
expanded capacity and enhanced production methods we were able to stay
true to our founding principles while adding new products.
